We're rolling out new features to make managing partner violations, campaign tasks, and internal tracking easier. With enhanced automation in Social Monitoring and new customization options for task names and campaign IDs, your team can save time, stay organized, and focus on what really matters—driving impact.

Automated violation management for Social Monitoring

Managing partner violations from flagged reviews just got a whole lot easier. With our new automated violation handling for Social Monitoring users, you can eliminate manual work, improve compliance response times, and focus on higher-impact tasks.

      • Automatic violation record creation
When a review contains specific issues, a violation record is created instantly — no manual logging needed.

      • Auto-close resolved violations after 7 days
If all issues in a violation are resolved within 7 days, the system will automatically close it — no manual follow-up required.

      • Partner reminder emails
Automatically remind partners to take action:

        • 24 hours before the due date

        • 8 hours before the due date (if the issue is still unresolved)

      • Auto-archive old results
Automatically archive all results older than 30 days to keep your dashboard clean and focused.

These new automations save time, reduce repetitive tasks, and ensure faster issue resolution, giving your team more time to focus on strategic work.

      New ‘Task description’

You can now give each task a specific, descriptive name, making it easier to manage campaigns with multiple similar tasks.

By default, tasks such as “Instagram Static Post" can appear identical, even when assigned to different creators or tied to different deliverables. Now, both brands and creators can rename tasks to add meaningful context and detail.

This is especially helpful when assigning multiple tasks to the same creator/ managing similar tasks across different creators, or running campaigns with varied formats or posting schedules

Custom task names make your workflow more organized, clear, and collaborative.

      New external campaign ID field

We’ve added a new, optional external campaign ID field to the campaign overview step in the campaign builder.

Use this field to add your own internal campaign name, code, or label—for example, a Salesforce campaign ID or a label for different creator tiers. It’s perfect for helping your team differentiate between campaigns that may look identical on the surface (same name, image, etc.) but vary in backend details, such as flat fee amounts or target creator tiers. This helps you better organize and sync campaigns with internal tools and workflows.

This field is for internal use only. It won’t be visible to creators and won’t affect how your campaign runs on impact.com. Your official impact.com campaign ID stays the same.
