Drive operational efficiency with Auto-funding and Bulk Rewards
We’re introducing two features designed to reduce operational complexity and give brands greater control and flexibility when managing Advocate programs. These enhancements help ensure rewards are funded reliably and delivered efficiently, and allow brands to scale rewards to hundreds of participants at once.
Auto-funding
Advocate programs now work seamlessly with Auto-Funding, helping brands ensure cash rewards are funded accurately and paid on time without the manual work.
Auto-Funding can now forecast upcoming payouts and initiate deposits in advance. This reduces the risk of insufficient balances, prevents cross-program funding conflicts, and minimizes the need for manual top-ups.
With these updates, brands can experience more predictable payouts, less operational overhead, and a smoother experience for advocates.
Bulk Rewards
We’ve introduced Bulk Rewards, making it easy to issue cash, and other rewards to many participants at once without needing a technical integration upfront or time-consuming manual processes. Brands can now configure reward details once and upload a simple list of participant IDs to reward at scale. This is ideal for testing new program concepts quickly or rewarding actions that happen outside traditional event tracking (such as form submissions).
To help ensure accuracy and confidence, Bulk Rewards includes built-in safeguards like required file validation (dry run) and duplicate protection. This means brands can launch and manage flexible reward programs faster without increasing operational risk.
