Find and recruit creators like never before, write newsletters with AI, and more
There must be some holiday magic in the air, because we have got a bag full of new toys for you. There's a lot in this update, including a new way to find creators, get deeper insights with ask impact, and even write your Newsletters in a flash using — you guessed it — AI. Cheers!
Partner Discovery, Recruitment & Onboarding
Instantly find the right creators — wherever they are — with Creator Search
Creator Search delivers real-time results across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube — whether or not they’re on impact.com. Over the last few months, we have been working on performance optimization and fixes for this GA release.
Creator Search is a real-time, intuitive discovery tool that lets you:
Real-time search: Results update instantly as you type. Upto 500 creators per search.
Advanced filters: Narrow down creators by platform, audience traits, location, engagement, and more.
Lookalike discovery: Find creators similar to your favorites, based on audience or content style.
Direct actions: Invite creators to your brand or campaigns immediately, even if they’re off-platform.
Creator Search includes two powerful lookalike filters:
Audience Lookalikes: Discover creators whose followers match your chosen creator’s audience demographics and interests.
Creator Lookalikes: Find creators producing content similar in style, keywords, or topics.
Use these tools together to scale campaigns with creators who truly align with your proven partners, faster and more efficiently than ever.
Sign-Up Surveys for Partners who apply via the Marketplace and Custom Field Filters
You can now collect sign-up survey responses from partners who apply to your program through the Brand Marketplace, not just through direct invitations.
Your prospective partners will be asked to fill out your survey in order to finish applying to your program.
All responses are saved as custom fields, giving you more ways to take action. You can add custom field filters and columns on the Prospects pages to:
Filter and group creators based on survey responses
Prioritize outreach and quickly identify high-fit partners
If you have a sign-up survey already enabled in Settings > “Partner Sign Up Page”, this will automatically apply to both direct invitations and brand marketplace applications.
Note: If you use auto-acceptance workflows set up, eligible partners will skip survey questions as part of that automated process. The Survey feature is available to Enterprise and Professional customers.
Filter your segments by what you do — or don't — want
We’ve reintroduced a powerful filtering option to give you more flexibility when building segments, especially for Outreach Workflows.
You can now use the “IS NOT” operator on key partner fields when creating segments. This allows you to easily exclude specific partners or attributes, just like you could in our legacy newsletter tool. When building a segment, choose ‘IS NOT’ from the dropdown for supported fields and select the values you want to exclude.
You'll now find the option filter by "IS NOT" in:
Contract Stage
Relationship Stage
Partner ID
Partner Name
In many cases, knowing who not to include is just as important as who to include. This enhancement brings back a highly requested feature from our previous system, giving you more control over how you structure audience segments for newsletters and automated outreach.
Data, Reporting & Analytics
New in ask impact: Get the full suite of Data Lab insights with just a prompt
If you haven’t experienced it already, you can now access all the same measures and dimensions from DataLab right inside ask impact!
This means that you can now run complex, custom queries right from ask impact — faster, more easily, and with zero data wrangling. These changes now enable filtering on both measures and dimensions (previously available only for measures) unlocking a new level of analytical power and precision.
What's new:
Full access to all DataLab measures and dimensions.
Filter on dimensions, enhancing how you interact with your data.
Run deeper analysis, instantly, within ask impact.
Partner join dates are now available, helping you keep track of when a partner joined your program and their performance.
This update further enhances our vision for ask impact, the strategic partner in your corner, helping you explore data, uncover insights, and make faster decisions.
See more details about your products
We've updated the product slide-out to give you clearer context when managing your catalog. Parent SKU information now appears directly in the preview, making it easier to identify product variants and quickly troubleshoot why a SKU may not be appearing in certain views. This streamlines catalog management and speeds up missing SKU diagnosis.
Campaigns, Tracking & Payment
Enjoy easier partner management in Product Boost Campaigns (beta)
We’ve updated the Product Boost Campaigns (currently in open beta) to give you more control and a simpler workflow. You can now:
Quickly review campaign details right from the campaign manager screen. This includes seeing which partners are eligible and the payout ranges.
Generate tracking links (both short and long) directly on behalf of your partners.
Interested in driving product-specific sales through limited-time commission increases? If you are not currently using Product Boost campaigns, please reach out to your CSM or our support team through the platform to be added to the beta.
Easily manage and track campaign payments
We've made several enhancements to streamline your campaign payments experience. Previously, after issuing a payment, it took a couple of manual refreshes for the screen update (which lead to some confusion). Now, when you make a payment, the screen immediately refreshes, giving you an accurate picture right away.
In addition, we’ve improved transparency by:
Adding Payment History to the slide-out, which gives you a complete view of past payments made.
Introducing a Task Completion column to the main screen, to provide you with a clearer understanding of when a partner is ready for payment.
Promo code tracking for Shared Events
We’ve removed the need for a click to track via a promo code in a secondary program when using Shared Event types. Now, no click is required to use promo code tracking in your secondary program. This update improves your tracking setup, making it easier to reward creators for their contributions.
Partner Management & Visibility
Coming Soon: See Social Reach in My Partners and Prospects
We’re adding a new ‘Social Reach’ column to My Partners and Prospects, making it easier than ever to understand a partner’s overall social presence at a glance.
Social Reach combines the follower counts from social properties into a single, unified metric, giving you a clearer picture of each creator’s total audience size across major social platforms. This metric will de-duplicate properties that are listed more than once, and will only include properties whose ownership has been authenticated by the creator. This metric will be updated once every 60 days. This enhancement will help you quickly compare partners, assess true audience scale, and make faster, more informed partnership decisions.
Celebrate second chances with the Manage Blocked Partners screen
Sometimes a partner applies to your program and you decide they’re not a good fit, so you reject their application. But if that partner has read a lot of old-school sales books about never taking “no” for an answer, they may apply again. And again. At some point, you may decide to block them.
But if circumstances ever change, or you meet them at iPX and it turns out they’re actually pretty cool, and you want to unblock them, you previously had to put in a help ticket so our technical services team could do that for you.
With this release, we’ve added a new Managed Blocked Partners page, accessed via your account settings. This page shows you all the partners you’ve blocked, including the user who blocked them and the reason given for the block. If you decide to give them another shot, you can easily unblock them — no support ticket needed.
See when one your partners has been removed from our Marketplace
Our incredible fraud & compliance team is constantly evaluating all the partners in our Marketplace to ensure that any noncompliant activity is dealt with quickly. When they do find a partner that has been acting (to use a technical term) sketchy, they remove that partner from the Marketplace. When this happens to one of your partners, we will not remove them from your program on you behalf, but we do want to make sure you know they’ve been flagged for noncompliance.
Now, when one of your partners is removed from our Marketplace, we will send you an email to let you know what happened. Soon, we will be adding a banner to the partner slide-out, so you will see in the platform that their Marketplace access has been revoked.
Asset, Deal & Content Management
Create high-impact newsletters, without the heavy lifting
AI in Newsletters will soon be available in open beta, and it’s built to help you move faster, sound smarter, and send better emails with less effort.
You give it a prompt. It provides you with subject lines, newsletter content, and copy you can actually use, all in seconds. With AI in Newsletters, you can:
Generate subject lines to improve open rates in a single click.
Draft the entire newsletter content with just a short brief.
Export to HTML and drop it right into your next send.
This isn’t just automation. It’s acceleration for your content workflow, and it's coming soon. The next time you need to write a Newsletter, look for the Generate with AI button to get started. You’ll go from prompt to publish in minutes.
Oh, and we'd love to hear what you think about AI in Newsletters. We'd greatly appreciate it if you would share any feedback right in-platform or tell your CSM what you think!
Crop campaign cover images
We know that sometimes your uploaded campaign cover images weren't displaying exactly how you wanted them to in the campaign marketplace. Now, you can easily crop campaign cover images using our new image resizer. This feature ensures your images display as intended, helping your campaigns look professional and attractive right from the start.
Generate tracking links for specific Deals
Previously, Deals didn’t support tracking links. But with this update, you can now generate tracking links directly from Deals, just like you do for Assets. We have also transformed the old ‘Link’ field into a full-featured landing page. With this update, you can:
Select a default or custom landing page.
Add tracking metadata and custom parameters.
Enable deep linking to let partners personalize the experience.
These enhancements give you more flexibility and insight into how your Deals are promoted. And it’s all built right into the existing Deal workflow — no extra tools or steps required.
Coming soon: a better way to create and edit Email and Article assets
In a few days, we'll be releasing new screens for Email And Article assets. This update completes our quest to revamp all our Asset and Deal pages, including these asset types:
...and these deal types:
Expect faster performance, clearer layouts, and a more modern experience across the board. We hope you like 'em!
Cleaner label filters in the Asset library
We’ve cleaned up the label filters so that you only see what matters. Previously, any label created, even if not tied to an asset, would appear in the filters, cluttering the view and pretty confusing.
With this enhancement, labels now only appear if they’re actively being used by assets. And for partners, it goes a step further: the label must also be associated with an asset that’s visible to them.
The result? A cleaner, more relevant filter experience that saves time and reduces noise.
Coming soon: expire Assets in bulk
Managing the asset lifecycle just got a boost. Advertisers can now expire assets in bulk through the same bulk upload tool they already use.
This builds on the partial update capability we rolled out earlier this year. If you're managing large asset libraries, this feature saves time and streamlines operations at scale.
Security & Platform Infrastructure
Enhanced connector security: now featuring built-in decryption
We’re expanding the security capabilities of our connectors to support end-to-end encryption and decryption, giving you even more control over how sensitive data is protected throughout its journey.
With this update, you can now:
Enable encryption directly in the Connector Wizard.
Generate and manage public/private key pairs (PGP).
Automatically decrypt incoming files for processing.
Retain encrypted originals for auditing and receive alerts on failures.
Whether you’re integrating high-sensitivity workflows or scaling securely, this new capability ensures your data stays protected by design.
Reminder: We are sunsetting legacy API tokens
We’re transitioning to Scoped API Tokens, a more secure and manageable way to control access. Here are some of the key dates and info you need to know:
March 2026: Scoped Tokens will be required for all new integrations or credential resets.
Existing integrations using legacy tokens will continue to work without disruption.
Not sure where to start? This help article will tell you everything you need to know as you switch from legacy tokens to Scoped Tokens.
A better password reset process for enhanced security
To make it easier for you keep your account safe, we are introducing some new security measures. Specifically, we have now:
Limited the number of password changes within a 24-hour period
Improved Password strength validation (passwords must have at least 8 characters and contain at least 1 number and 1 symbol)
Added an option to sign yourself out of all other devices
Additionally, you will now receive an email notification to confirm that your password was changed.
Faster login for users with multiple connected accounts
If your impact.com login is connected to a large number of programs (looking at you, agency folks
), you may have noticed that it was taking a while to log in. We have streamlined the way our system handles this, so you should now see significantly improved load times.
