      Proactively manage brand safety and compliance with Social Monitoring

      Social Monitoring is now live on impact.com/creator, enabling you to actively oversee creators’ compliance with brand safety standards and disclosure requirements. This feature reduces brand risk by automating the process of identifying and addressing potential safety issues, with a streamlined remediation workflow directly within the impact.com platform.

      Social Monitoring provides an automated brand safety solution, with daily scans covering key areas:

      • Unapproved Terms: Monitor creator content for alignment with brand policies, flagging any unapproved language.

      • Brand Safety: Leverage advanced machine learning to identify potential risks in creator content and protect your brand reputation.

      • Disclosure Verification: Confirm that sponsored content disclosures and required hashtags are included, maintaining compliance with advertising standards.

      These tools empower you to proactively manage brand safety, offering an efficient, user-friendly way to ensure creator content consistently meets your standards.

      Connect Your Personal Work Email!

      You can now connect your work email directly to the impact.com platform, enabling you to send prospecting emails to affiliates and creators from your own trusted email address. Emails sent from your domain are more likely to reach recipients’ inboxes. Partners are more likely to open emails from your brand’s domain, enhancing engagement and response.

      For more information on how to use this new feature, check out our help documentation. This feature is available to all Pro and Enterprise customers.  

      Custom field filters on the Pending Application screen

      We’ve enhanced the Pending Application Screen with Custom Field Filters, providing Enterprise and Pro users with more control and flexibility when managing applications. This update allows users to view custom fields and survey questions within columns, enabling a more detailed and tailored review process. Users can enable or disable these custom field columns to customize their view as needed. 

      For advanced filtering, a slide-out panel now allows multi-search functionality, making it easier to filter across all custom fields and survey questions. 

      Visual verification status for media properties

      We’ve added a visual verification status indicator to each media property in the slide-out panel. This feature allows you to easily see whether their media properties have been verified, enhancing transparency and improving workflow efficiency.
