New Social Listening Alerts: Stay informed, effortlessly
We’ve added alerts to Social Listening! Now, you can set up notifications when creating or editing a social listener—no more refreshing to find new results. With these alerts, you’ll be automatically notified whenever something important comes up. Choose your preferred notification frequency—Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly. Stay in the loop with less effort and never miss the insights that matter most to your brand!
Hiding dormant partners in the Marketplace
To help brands connect with the most active and relevant partners, we’re streamlining our Marketplace by hiding dormant partners who haven’t logged in for more than six months. This change is purely for visibility—dormant accounts remain intact and will reappear once the partner logs in again. We expect this update to reduce the number of visible publishers from approximately 123K to around 80K, making it easier for brands to find the right partners.
Discover creators by distance in the Discover UI
We’ve upgraded the Discover Marketplace with our new ‘Location Radius’ filter, enabling you to search for creators within a specific distance from any city, state, or zip code. Whether you’re looking for talent within 10 miles of Seattle or targeting local creators for city-specific promotions, this feature makes it easier than ever to connect with the right partners near you.

You now get a clearer view of creators with enhanced media kits and up to three extra links—accessible right from the slideout. Whether you're checking a creator’s profile, reviewing their application, or adding them to your prospect list in the Discover Marketplace, you'll have richer, more detailed information at your fingertips.
Creator defines tasks is live!
Now, creators can propose tasks that play to their unique strengths and expertise. Whether you prefer a structured, predefined approach or the flexibility for creators to craft their own tasks, you can choose what best fits your campaign. This feature empowers both brands and creators to collaborate more dynamically, ensuring tasks align perfectly with campaign goals.
Enhanced Product Gifting: streamlined add-to-bag experience
When setting up your gifting assortment, you can now select a product from your catalog along with all its variants—no more adding each color or size separately. With this update, even brands offering a single SKU can now easily set up and offer gifting.
For creators, this means a much smoother experience: when choosing free products, they can pick a main product SKU and then directly select the desired size, color, or variant—without sifting through individual listings for each option.
This update saves time, reduces hassle, and makes product gifting more intuitive for everyone.
Brands can now add standalone products (no variants) to their product gifting selections
Similar to how brands can now add products along with all of their variants, brands can also add products with NO variants to gifting assortment.
