impact.com/creator November 2024 release: Enhanced creator profiles, improved creator hiring experience & more
We’re excited to bring you the latest enhancements in our platform, packed with new features and updates to help you streamline your campaigns and maximize collaboration with creators.
New Slideout on the Applications Page
Our new slideout on the Applications page streamlines your decision-making process with richer insights and enhanced functionality. Here’s what's changing:
Enriched Profiles: Deeper insights at a glance
Gain deeper insights into your creators by learning who they are, how they perform, and reviewing examples of their recent content. You'll also have access to high-level engagement metrics and details on their connected properties.
Custom Fields: Unlock richer information with Surveys
You can now access survey data directly within the Applications slideout through the new Custom Fields tab. Whether you’re gathering insights from prospects, existing creators, or through application processes, the survey data is seamlessly integrated, providing tailored insights right where you need them. Find more information on custom fields in this help document.
Not using surveys yet? Now’s the perfect time to start! Surveys help you gather valuable information about your creators and prospects. Customize the data that matters most to your brand and make more informed decisions with richer insights.
Streamlined messaging experience
The Messages tab has been relocated to a new, more accessible section at the top left of the slideout.
Creator hiring experience enhancements
We’re refining the Creator hiring experience to give you more flexibility, even when the Statement of Work (SOW) is still under negotiation. You can now proceed to hire creators even if the SOW is awaiting the creator’s review, allowing you to move forward without delay. If a creator hasn’t responded to an invite, you can shift the creator to “In Review” status and hire them directly. This action will automatically create an SOW record based on your most recent proposal, even if the creator has not yet taken any action.
To ensure you are aware of the creator’s pending review, a confirmation pop-up will appear before finalizing the hire, stating: “The Creator you’re attempting to hire has not reviewed your recent proposal yet. Are you sure you would like to proceed with hiring?”
These enhancements are designed to provide more flexibility and control over the hiring process, ensuring you can make progress even when negotiations are ongoing.
Creator Tiers now displayed instead of Partner Size
We've replaced Partner Size with the more relevant Creator Tier in the ‘My Creators’ and ‘Applications’ creator screens. By swapping in Creator Tier, brands will now see a more relevant and consistent metric across creator profiles, providing better insights and enhancing the overall experience on these screens.
Update to Prospect Stage – Now Renamed as Relationship Stage
We’ve updated the Prospect Stage column and filter, renaming them to Relationship Stage. This new terminology more accurately reflects the range of interactions and connections brands have with their partners. You’ll now see Relationship Stage in place of Prospect Stage across relevant sections, providing a clearer and more inclusive view of partner relationships.
