Give your program a boost by re-engaging dormant partners — automatically
Coming soon- New Dormant Partner Re-Engagement Workflows: Activate inactive partners with ease!
We know how frustrating it can be to see partners sign up but fail to generate clicks, actions, or revenue. Re-engaging these dormant partners manually can be a time drain—until now. Introducing new performance based workflow templates—automated, pre-built workflows designed to help brands effortlessly reactivate dormant partners. Setup is quick, and results are powerful.
How It Works:
Automated Follow-Ups: Send targeted engagement emails based on partner inactivity, triggered at 10, 20, and 40-day intervals.
Custom Inactivity Criteria: Define inactivity based on clicks, actions, revenue, or commission.
Hourly Assessments: Workflows run every hour to check partner activity and send emails accordingly.
Gradual Urgency: Start with supportive messaging, then increase urgency as inactivity continues.
Contract Termination: Set a threshold to automatically terminate contracts if a partner remains inactive.
Available to all Pro & Enterprise customers with email workflows, these templates work by default for new brands during onboarding and can be fully customized for existing partners based on their original join dates.
Discover creators by distance in the Discover UI
We’ve upgraded the Discover Marketplace with our new ‘Location Radius’ filter, enabling you to search for creators within a specific distance from any city, state, or zip code. Whether you’re looking for talent within 10 miles of Seattle or targeting local creators for city-specific promotions, this feature makes it easier than ever to connect with the right partners near you.
Enhanced Media Kits & Additional Links is live!
You now get a clearer view of creators with enhanced media kits and up to three extra links—accessible right from the slideout. Whether you're checking a creator’s profile, reviewing their application, or adding them to your prospect list in the Discover Marketplace, you'll have richer, more detailed information at your fingertips.
Paid Search Monitoring: Exclude certain domains or partners
There are times when you have agreements with certain partners that allow them to use keywords for set time periods. This new release allows you to ignore a domain/partner from your Paid Search Monitoring policies, eliminating false positives for previously agreed-upon campaigns.
Get an extra reminder when accepting a contract term with placement fees
Sometimes you may forget, or just not notice that placement fees are included in a contract. To help you avoid the awkward scenario of unintentionally paying placement fees, we’re adding a warning banner whenever you’re attempting to accept contract terms that include placement fees.
Heads up! The Contract API endpoint is getting updated
This is a notice that we are updating the Contract API to include Scheduled Terms next month. When relevant, responses will have an extra json object: "ScheduledTerms". Please review your implementation to ensure this change will not disrupt your integration.
Newsletter Update: Email Retention Policy
To ensure our system stays organized and efficient, any emails older than one year will now be automatically deleted from the Newsletter platform starting May 01, 2025. This update helps maintain a streamlined experience and ensures you’re only working with the most up-to-date content. If you have any important emails or campaigns you'd like to keep, we recommend saving them before they are removed.
