Enhanced Media Kits & Additional Links (coming soon)
You will gain increased visibility into creators' media kits and additional links directly through the slideout. This means you can now access all the key information, including multiple media kits and up to three additional links—whether you’re viewing a creator’s profile, their application, or adding them to your prospect list from the Discover Marketplace. By providing creators more ways to showcase their work and expertise, this feature helps you make more informed, efficient decisions when evaluating potential partnerships.
Find creators by distance in Discover UI (coming soon)
We’ve enhanced the Discover Marketplace by adding a new ‘Location radius’ filter that enables a radius-based search. You can now search for creators whose address is within a specific distance of any city, state, or zip code —just like saying "I want to find creators within 10 miles of Seattle." This new feature is perfect for connecting with local creators or running city-specific promotions. Simply set your preferred distance in miles or kilometers, and we'll handle the rest!
Efficiency Enhancements in Task Management
New task definition options for campaigns (coming soon)
We’ve updated the way tasks are assigned to creators to ensure greater clarity and flexibility for both brands and creators. The new "Creator Defines" option helps prevent confusion and makes it easier for creators to apply confidently, knowing which tasks they’ll be responsible for. What's New?
Brand Defines (I define): Set specific tasks that all creators/partners must complete for your campaign. You can still add custom tasks during the negotiation process for individual creators, ensuring a personalized approach.
Creator Defines: This new option allows creators to propose tasks based on their strengths and expertise. Creators must add at least one task when applying or accepting an invite. If they try to proceed without adding any tasks, an error will prompt them to do so.
Whether you prefer a structured approach with predefined tasks or want to allow creators the flexibility to propose their own, you now have the option to choose what works best for your campaign.
By allowing creators to propose tasks, you gain insight into their unique skills and expertise, helping you find the best match for your campaign. Creators will feel more confident applying when they know they can tailor tasks to their strengths. The new options reduce confusion around task requirements, especially for creators who may feel overwhelmed by tasks across multiple platforms. This makes your campaign more approachable and encourages a wider range of creators to apply.
Product gifting updates
We’re excited to introduce two powerful features—Export and Import—that simplify and streamline your product gifting process. These tools are designed to help brands manage fulfillment outside of platforms like Shopify, making gift order tracking and updates more efficient.
Export: Easily download gift request data from Impact into a structured file format. This data can then be used in your internal systems for processing and fulfillment.
Import: Once fulfillment is complete in your internal system, you can re-upload the file back into Impact to sync order statuses, ensuring all information stays up to date.
Work email integration
You can now link your personal work email to the impact.com platform, allowing you to send prospecting emails directly from your trusted email address. Emails sent from your own domain are more likely to land in inboxes and get opened, boosting engagement with affiliates and creators.
Limit campaigns to specific creators
You can now limit your campaign to a specific set of creators. This feature allows you to tailor campaigns more effectively by focusing on the creators who best align with your goals and audience, ensuring more targeted and relevant campaigns.
Simplified tracking with vanity links
You can now create and manage vanity tracking links directly from the Task Manager. This feature allows you to generate campaign or task-specific links and send them to creators with ease, ensuring everything is correctly embedded and ready to go.
Flexible task timelines
Set task deadlines based on a creator's hire or task creation date (instead of fixed dates), making project timelines more adaptable and easier to manage.
Feedback on rejections
Provide detailed rejection reasons to help creators improve and understand why they weren't a good fit, fostering better relationships.
Task activity logs
Task activity logs help you stay on top of key actions—like draft rejections, metric submissions, and deliverable updates—from both brands and creators.
Record of approver
Maintain a clear record of task approvers to ensure accountability and transparency in the task approval process.

Manually submitted metrics are now available in reporting
Manually submitted metrics can now be seamlessly included in your reports. This update allows you to easily track both manually submitted and automatically pulled data in one unified view, simplifying your reporting process.
To help you understand the source of your data, you’ll now see whether the metrics were submitted manually or automatically. Additionally, manual metrics will only be sent to reporting after receiving brand approval, giving brands full control over the data they choose to include.
Brands will also see a warning banner when approving these metrics, ensuring there's no risk of accidental approvals. This feature streamlines the reporting process and enhances transparency.
