      Get ready for a completely refreshed impact.com experience. On Thursday, April 16th, we're rolling out a significant update designed to help you work faster and more efficiently. This isn't just a facelift — we've rebuilt our platform from the ground up to be cleaner, more intuitive, and more powerful.

      Here’s a sneak peek at what you can expect:

      • Streamlined dashboard: The first thing you'll notice is the revamped dashboard, featuring the new Program Health widget. This new tool consolidates all your key metrics and goals, offering flexible date ranges and comparisons to give you an instant overview of your program's performance.
        Looking for settings or your finance info? They’ve moved to the top right corner; click your user icon for settings and click your balance to see finance info.

      • Dark mode: You asked, and we listened. The new impact.com experience will feature both light and dark modes, so you can choose the interface that works best for you. Find it by clicking your user icon at the top right, then Theme.

      • A visual refresh across the platform: We've updated layouts, clarified tooltips, and created more consistent page designs to make navigating our platform more intuitive than ever before.

      • Improved performance: We’ve rebuilt each page with new technology to significantly reduce load times and minimize errors, so you can get to what you need, faster.

      While the look and feel will be new, your workflows will remain the same — just easier to find and use.

      Performance 

      Prospect smarter with more accurate partner content category info

      We’re introducing Content Categories in the partner profile to help you better understand what your partners actually create and publish. These categories are based on a Google-managed taxonomy and reflect real content from a partner’s media properties, giving you a more accurate view than previous category signals.

      Content Categories appear in the partner profile and are aggregated across each partner’s eligible properties. For now, these categories are available in the profile view (Details tab) and will be incorporated into broader discovery and filtering experiences in a future update.

      All of this means, you can now more easily find and prioritize partners who align with your brand, helping you recruit more relevant partners and drive stronger performance.

      PS: The Content Categories system is in place, but you may see "No Categories" for a little while as the data rolls out out over the next couple of weeks.

      Pop the bubbly , ask impact has officially moved out of beta and is now fully available on the impact.com platform.

      After months of testing, refining, and learning from customer feedback, ask impact has officially moved out of beta and is now fully available on the impact.com platform. What started as an AI-powered assistant for product support has evolved into something much bigger: a strategic partner embedded directly into your workflow, helping you find answers, uncover insights, and take action faster. 

      With this full release, ask impact brings together a wide range of capabilities into a single, seamless experience. You can now ask questions about your performance data and get instant insights, troubleshoot integrations or products with guided support, and seamlessly escalate to a live agent or raise a ticket when needed. Beyond support, ask impact surfaces industry expertise enriched with PXA course content, recommending partners based on real data, and even generating ready-to-use newsletters using proven best practices. 

      We’ve also expanded its analytical power, enabling comparisons across partner groups or evaluating metrics between individual partners, all through natural language. You can get a fast, AI-powered summary of a partner's website and social media metrics across their digital properties. Be sure to provide ask impact with the metrics you need, along with a specific handle or URL and the social media platform to begin the analysis. 

      As ask impact rolls out to all advertisers, you remain in control with the option to enable or disable it at any time. This release marks a fundamental shift in how you interact with impact.com, from navigating tools to having an intelligent assistant that helps you learn, analyze, and act in real-time.  


      Access tracking links and asset code more easily

      We’ve improved how you access and copy tracking links and asset code in the Send Asset experience.

      You can now preview assets’ code before sending, choose the specific partner and asset you need, and copy either the tracking link or ad code in your preferred format (HTML or iframe). This update removes previous limitations and makes it faster and easier to get the exact code you need.


      Reminder: We are sunsetting legacy API tokens  

      Security standards have evolved. Long-lived, all-access tokens need an upgrade to meet modern security standards, so we’re transitioning to Scoped API Tokens, a more secure and manageable way to control access. Here are some of the key dates and info you need to know: 

      • We have extended the deadline to July 1st, 2026: Scoped Tokens will be required for all new integrations or credential resets. 

      • Existing integrations using legacy tokens will continue to work without disruption.

      Ensuring accurate payouts for Template Terms

      Template Term currency fields are now locked after initial setup. To protect the integrity of active partner agreements, you can no longer modify the currency of a Template Term once it has been created and has active partners assigned to it. Currency can only be set at creation or updated if you have no active partners currently on the term. If you need to change a currency, you should create a new Template Term (or duplicate an existing one) with the desired currency, then migrate the relevant partners over to the updated term.

      • Reach beyond your network on YouTube and X: While you’ve always been able to track in-network partners, you can now discover influential voices on YouTube and X who are outside of the impact.com marketplace.

      New filters for easier partner management in My Creators
