Analyze industry insights to make better decisions

Our new report, Industry Insights, lets you see industry averages so you can understand how your program stacks up against others in the industry. Assess your program based on the industry averages, and create a plan of action to eliminate gaps and optimize your program to ensure its best-in-class. For more information about how to use this new report, check out our help documentation

Note: Industry Insights is only available for Retail-based (excluding Arts and Entertainment), Travel-based, and Education-based programs located in North America, Europe, and Oceania.

Coming Soon: Filter out non-human clicks automatically

This new feature will allow you to proactively filter out high-risk clicks to protect your program from non-human activity. The result? Cleaner reporting metrics, more accurate conversion rates, and less risk of paying out for non-compliant activity—so you can scale up confidently.

We’ll start filtering on October 14th, but you can pre-select your desired level of filtering now.

Three levels of click filtering are available to you:

  • Relaxed. Clicks are scored for high-risk signals. No clicks are filtered.

  • Moderate (default). Clicks are scored for high-risk signals. High-risk clicks are filtered from reporting and are ineligible for CPC payouts. Filtered clicks are still eligible to be attributed to actions.

  • Strict. Clicks are filtered from reporting and are ineligible for CPC payouts and action attribution.

Moderate click filtering is on by default. To change your level before filtering starts next month, simply navigate to settings >> event scoring and filtering.

Review actions attributed to high-risk clicks

This new report complements our upcoming automated click filtering by highlighting actions attributed to clicks flagged as high-risk. This gives you the opportunity to review the traffic and take appropriate action. There are columns to help you identify the type of high-risk click the action is associated with (data center, request anomaly, or proxy). For more information, please see our help documentation.

Agency users can now access in-app messaging

Agency users can seamlessly access in-app messaging through the Agency Console, ensuring smooth communication on behalf of their brands and reducing the risk of missed messages.

To get started, navigate to the “Advertisers” section, select the advertiser account you wish to manage, and click the chat icon in the bottom right corner to open the messaging window.

Going forward, you can continue managing conversations via the chat widget or inbox.

New dynamic tokens available in the email slide-out

We're introducing two new dynamic tokens that make it even easier to personalize your newsletters. Now, you can quickly add the program name {programName} and logo {programLogoSrc} directly into your emails—a simple way to enhance your content and keep your branding consistent.

Uncover if certain Ad IDs or Countries are experiencing tracking issues

We’ve added Ad ID and Country filters to the Tracking Efficacy report to help you troubleshoot tracking issues and see if certain countries or ads are responsible for tracking loss. This makes it easier to uncover potential issues, so you can improve your tracking sooner.

Save time by selecting all unassigned partners with one click in the My Partners screen

On the My Partners screen, you can use the Group Name filter to quickly select all partners in each of your existing Groups. But what about partners who are not assigned to a Group? Previously, you would have had to select each of them manually, which took a lot of time.

Now, we’ve added an option in that dropdown called “Unassigned.” When you select that option, you will automatically select all partners who have not been assigned to a group.

Help partners understand why they were rejected

Not all partners will make the cut for joining your partnership program, and when they get rejected, they want to know why. With this release, we’ve added several new rejection reasons to the dropdown, so you can better help your rejected partners understand why they weren’t a good fit for your program.
