Special delivery! From reporting improvements to a better way to schedule short-term contract changes, there's a little something for everyone in this release. Read on to learn about it all.

Introducing Scheduled terms for flexible payout modifications

We're excited to announce the launch of Scheduled Terms, a powerful solution designed to streamline contract management and save brands valuable time. Many brands frequently make short-term changes to payouts. Until now, implementing these changes required a cumbersome process of creating new template terms, scheduling switches, and setting fallback terms individually for each modification period. With Scheduled Terms brands can now schedule multiple short-term payout modifications directly at the template term level, eliminating the need for contract switching.

To schedule a modification, brands simply select the desired start and end dates, along with the relevant payout rate terms they wish to modify. Initially, brands can schedule changes to the Payout Rate, with plans to extend this functionality to include Payout Groups, Payout Adjustments, and Payout Restrictions in the near future.

Any terms not modified within the scheduling interface will automatically default to the existing contract terms. Once the end date is reached, the contract terms seamlessly revert to their original state, providing brands with hassle-free contract management.

Note: Scheduled Terms is available for Professional and Enterprise brands.

Additional Text fields added to the advanced action listing report

With this release, we’ve expanded the number of text fields visible within the advanced action listing report—you can now view Text1 through Text25. Need to see more? While most brands don’t pass values in more than 25 text fields, some still do. If that’s you, then you can use Data Lab report on all available Text values (Text1-Text50).

Payable Click Data report (beta)

This new Payable Click Data report only shows clicks that were paid out using our new CPC V2 capabilities. The report shows you the associated click cost paid out. You can access the report by navigating to reports >> more reports >> filtering to show the beta category >> Payable Click Data.

Note: Due to the large volumes of data that this report can pull back, you are limited to pulling 2 weeks of data at a time.

Greater visibility and efficiency for managing partners across different program types

Do you run multiple programs involving affiliates, creators, and advocates? Then this update is for you! Before we launched this update, you had the option to accept a partner into your program and enable automatic acceptance and contracting for all existing and future programs.

However,  you couldn't easily view a list of partners accepted across different programs. Consequently, some brands were taken by surprise when they discovered existing partner contracts after creating new programs, with no prior visibility into this.

Now, when you accept a partner's application, you have more flexibility to

  • Add new partners to specific or all existing programs

  • Choose whether your pre-selected partners will automatically join future programs of a specific program type (Performance, Creator, or Advocate).

To support these changes, we’ve  introduced a new screen accessible under Settings > Account Settings > Manage Pre-selected Partners, which allows you to see which partners are pre-selected across different program types

We've added a "Processed By" toggle on the Applications screen, indicating the source through which an application was processed. These sources include:

  • Pre-Selected: Refers to any partner that is automatically contracted for future programs

  • System: Refers to legacy application processing methods.

  • Workflow Name: Indicates automatic processing via the Workflow feature.

  • User Name: Shows which user on the account manually processed the application.

Notifications for Minimum EPC Clause

To ensure that brands are properly informed about minimum EPC clauses before accepting contracts, brands will receive a prominent alert clearly indicating the presence of the minimum EPC fee and require brands to explicitly accept it for the contract to be activated.

Additionally, brands will now receive the warning banner if they configure a minimum EPC clause exceeding $1,000. While this warning does not prevent brands from proceeding, it serves as an additional prompt to review the terms carefully.

This new performance report allows you to compare the performance of affiliates and creators across multiple programs. This new cross-program report, Performance by Partner - All Programs, is now in beta and is accessed by navigating to reports >> more reports >> filtering to show the beta category >> Performance by Partner - All Programs.

Additionally, you can drill down into both the Performance by Creator and Performance by Post reports for deeper insights.

Improvements to several existing creator reports

In addition to these 2 new reports in beta, we’ve also made several enhancements to our existing creator reports. These include:

  • Added performance metrics associated with unknown posts to the Performance by Creator report

  • Added Flat Fee and Total Compensation to Creator performance reports

  • Made Post URL an active link & added Post Create Time to the Performance by Post report

Introducing the ‘Gifts’ tab for campaigns with Shopify Gifting

We're excited to announce a new feature enhancement for campaigns utilizing Shopify gifting as a compensation method. With this update, you will now have access to a dedicated "Gifts" tab within the Campaign Manager interface. The "Gifts" tab offers a streamlined and consolidated view of crucial order details, making it easier for brands to manage their gifting data efficiently.

Previously, gifts were listed in the "Tasks" tab. However, with the introduction of the "Gifts" tab, users can now access key information such as shipping details, product specifications (including size and color), pricing, and more, all in one centralized location.

Campaign Duplication Feature

Users now have the option to duplicate existing campaigns, ensuring all details are seamlessly copied over to the new campaign. This includes campaign settings, content, and any associated data. Whether you're creating a similar campaign or need to make minor adjustments to an existing one, duplicating campaigns provides a quick and efficient solution.

Key Points to Note:

  • Exact Date Copy: When duplicating a campaign, all dates are copied exactly as they are in the original campaign. Keep in mind that if the dates of the duplicated campaign are in the past, you'll need to update them accordingly in the new campaign.

  • Campaign Name Prepend: The name of duplicated campaigns is automatically prepended with "Copy of." We recommend updating the campaign name before publishing to avoid any confusion between duplicated campaigns.
