Simplified sign-up, seamless verification, smarter tracking
This release focuses on one core goal: removing friction across the entire Creator Edit experience- from onboarding and verification to storefront management and campaign tracking.
We’ve introduced customization for brands, faster creation tools for creators, and smarter infrastructure that makes collaboration smoother on both sides.
What’s new for Brands?
Deeper portal customization
You now have more ways to match your portal to your brand’s style:
Custom colors for button hover, button press, and onboarding bar
Configurable card shapes for categories and collections (circular or square)
Adjustable border radius when using square tiles
Create a more premium, cohesive shopping experience that aligns with your visual identity.
What’s new for Creators?
Non-Social Content for Shoppable Posts
Creators can upload images or videos directly from their devices instead of only pulling content from social channels. This gives them greater flexibility and control over content used in storefronts. Captions are optional.
They can now share exclusive content, drafts, or platform-specific visuals without needing to post them on social first.
Frictionless sign-up for existing impact.com users
We have simplified onboarding and removed a big onboarding friction point. If a creator already has an impact.com account, they can now reset their password and continue onboarding directly within the portal. Email recognition detects existing impact.com accounts and allows password reset directly within the portal.
Fully integrated identity verification
Verification is now built directly into the Creator portal. If a Creator gets flagged for ID verification, they will now see a banner in the portal and complete the entire process in one guided flow, no emailing IDs back and forth. This means faster approvals and a much smoother (and more secure) experience when compliance checks are needed.
Link collections directly to campaigns & tasks
Collections can now be directly linked to specific campaigns and tasks, ensuring that campaign tracking parameters are automatically applied to all products within the collection. This eliminates the need for manual link management while improving attribution accuracy and performance visibility.
As a result, you gain clearer, more reliable reporting on campaign performance and properly attributed storefront traffic, while creators can confidently build campaign-specific collections without worrying about losing tracking visibility.
Campaign Task status notifications
Creators now receive both email and in-platform notifications when:
Drafts are approved or rejected
Deliverables are approved or rejected
Creators can now stay on top of campaign progress without constantly checking the platform, reducing delays and keeping collaborations moving faster.
Coming Soon: A Sneak Peek
New storefront tab system for better organization
Creators will be able to add custom tabs to their storefronts, including a Shop All tab that aggregates products from all collections and posts.
Simplified Finance experience
We’re redesigning the finance section in Creator Edit to make payouts, tax info, and payment setup far less overwhelming, especially for new creators getting started.
Today, it’s a long, form-heavy page with everything shown at once, which can feel confusing and time-consuming.
The new experience introduces a cleaner, guided flow with checklist-style onboarding, a card-based Finance dashboard, and improved notifications.
