      Stay ahead of the conversation with powerful new features that sharpen your visibility into brand sentiment, creator discovery, partner qualification, and social performance. This release delivers smarter analytics, fresher data, and streamlined workflows, helping you understand your audience, find the right creators, and act with confidence.

      Sentiment Analysis — Understand how Creators talk about your brand

      Social media conversations are happening faster than ever, and analyzing sentiment is critical to making informed marketing decisions. Using this new feature you can now understand how creators and audiences feel about their products, campaigns, and competitors. 

      It helps you measure and understand how creators are talking about your brand, products, and campaigns across social media. Using advanced AI, we scan posts containing your chosen keywords, hashtags, or mentions, and automatically categorize sentiment as positive, negative, or neutral.

      Once a listener is created, you can View Results or View Dashboard. 

      The dashboard provides a visual summary of all collected data. Key components include:

      • Share of Voice: Percentage breakdown of posts mentioning each tracked keyword.

      • Channel Breakdown: See which platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) are generating conversations.

      • Creator Relationship: Identify posts from creators in your program vs. non-partners.

      • Sentiment Overview: Summarizes posts as positive, neutral, or negative.

      • Sentiment by Channel & Creator Relationship: Spot patterns across platforms and program participation.

      In addition to high-level summaries, users can drill down to view individual posts captured by a listener from the Results screen. You can filter posts by sentiment type (positive, negative, neutral), by creator relationship (joined/not joined), and by partner groups. Each post includes its associated keywords, making it easier to connect sentiment trends to specific tracked terms.

      Instantly find the right creators, wherever they are — on and off impact.com

      Creator Search delivers real-time results across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube — whether or not they’re on impact.com.  Over the last few months, we have been working on performance optimization and fixes for this GA release.

      Creator Search is a real-time, intuitive discovery tool that lets you:

      • Real-time search: Results update instantly as you type. Upto 500 creators per search.

      • Advanced filters: Narrow down creators by platform, audience traits, location, engagement, and more.

      • Lookalike discovery: Find creators similar to your favorites, based on audience or content style.

      • Direct actions: Invite creators to your brand or campaigns immediately, even if they’re off-platform.

      Creator Search includes two powerful lookalike filters:

      • Audience Lookalikes: Discover creators whose followers match your chosen creator’s audience demographics and interests.

      • Creator Lookalikes: Find creators producing content similar in style, keywords, or topics.

      Use these tools together to scale campaigns with creators who truly align with your proven partners, faster and more efficiently than ever.

      Sign-Up Surveys for Partners who apply via the Marketplace and Custom Field Filters

      You can now collect sign-up survey responses from partners who apply to your program through the Brand Marketplace, not just through direct invitations. Creators applying through the Marketplace will now see the same custom questions and qualification criteria you use in your direct application. If you have a sign-up survey already enabled in Settings > “Partner Sign Up Page”, this will automatically apply to both direct invitations and brand marketplace applications.

      All responses are saved as custom fields, giving you more ways to take action. You can add custom field filters and columns on the My Creators and Prospects pages to:

      • Filter and segment creators based on survey responses

      • Prioritize outreach and quickly identify high-fit partners

      If you have a sign-up survey already enabled in Settings > “Partner Sign Up Page”, this will automatically apply to both direct invitations and brand marketplace applications. 

      Note: If you use auto-acceptance workflows set up, eligible partners will skip survey questions as part of that automated process. The Survey feature is available to Enterprise and Professional customers.

      Fresher, more consistent social data

      We’re improving how social and creator data flows through the platform to give you more reliable, up-to-date insights. What this means for you:

      • Fresher data: Profile-level metrics refresh weekly, and post-level metrics refresh every 3 days.

      • Standardized metrics: Metrics like “followers” or “engagements” are now consistent across all platforms.

      • Consistent insights: Creator slideouts, Marketplace, and the Chrome extension now use the same verified data source.

      • Trusted, verified data: OAuth-based authentication ensures accurate, compliant, first-party insights.

      Note: Some older or estimated metrics have been removed to focus on verified, real data, giving you confidence in the numbers that drive your campaigns.

      Coming soon: “Social Reach” column across My Creator, and Prospects

      We’re adding a new ‘Total Reach’ column to My Creators and Prospects, making it easier than ever to understand a Creator’s overall social presence at a glance.

      Social Reach combines the follower counts from social properties into a single, unified metric, giving you a clearer picture of each creator’s total audience size across major social platforms. This metric will de-duplicate properties that are listed more than once, and will only include properties whose ownership has been authenticated by the creator. This metric will be updated once every 60 days. This enhancement will help you quickly compare creators, assess true audience scale, and make faster, more informed partnership decisions.

      Note: Social Reach currently includes only Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram properties, not websites or other platforms. All other social platforms will be added in a future release. 

      Enhanced Creator Engagement Metrics 

      We've enhanced our Social Platform integration, allowing you to access more comprehensive and accurate social engagement metrics.

      Our previous integration was sometimes limited in the amount of social content it could process. With this update, we've overcome these processing limitations, allowing us to collect and report on engagement metrics for all your published content—leading to a greater volume of metrics available in your reports.

      What You Need to Know:

      • Go-Live Date: The new integration will go live on December 16th.

      • Historical Data: We will backfill the new engagement metrics starting from November 1st, so you can immediately make use of this improved data set.

      Note: This update specifically affects Engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, views, engagements, etc.). All Performance metrics (clicks, actions, revenue, earnings, flat fee, etc.) remain unaffected.
