We’re thrilled to share some incredible news! After months of hard work and dedication, we are proud to announce the launch of impact.com / creator version 1.5. This update is packed with enhanced tools and features designed to elevate your experience.

Enhanced Influencer Discovery

Extended Search. Explore more than 350 million creators beyond the impact.com marketplace with Extended Search. This feature delivers highly relevant results specific to creators, enhancing reach and diversity. Robust new filters allow you to search by creator demographics or the demographics of your audience, ensuring precise creator selection.

Enhanced Creator profiles. Introducing new enhanced creator profile slideouts with comprehensive insights into creators, including content performance metrics, connected properties, and portfolio examples. These standardized slideouts ensure a consistent experience across different platform pages. Creator profiles now feature unified slideovers across various pages, such as Campaigns, My Creators, and Discover.

Enhanced Creator Marketplace filters and New Navigation Interface.  You can now filter the creator marketplace by creator demographics and the demographics of your audience. We now have filters to specify audience criteria, such as social media platform reach and creator audience demographics, such as location (country), gender distribution, and the age range of a creator's audience, ensuring precise campaign targeting and better match selection.

To accommodate these new filters, we've updated our navigation from a left-side menu to a top navigation bar for improved usability and accessibility.

Flexible Campaign Management

Product gifting via Shopify. Originally released a while back, this feature simplifies product gifting. Sync your Shopify product catalog with impact.com/creator campaigns, allowing creators to select eligible products directly from your store. Orders are generated within the platform, giving creators visibility into fulfillment and shipping progress.

Enhanced Audience filters in Campaign Manager. Now, Campaign Manager features advanced filters similar to those found in the marketplace. You can use the Creator demographic and Audience demographic filters to define Campaign Eligibility. This empowers you to pinpoint and engage with creators who align precisely with your campaign needs. Filter by audience demographics: 

  • Location (visible by country only): Discover where a creator’s audience is primarily based on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. 

  • Gender: View the gender distribution of a creator's audience on TikTok and YouTube. 

  • Age: View the age range of a creator's audience on TikTok and YouTube. 

Customized SOW. Tailor tasks and compensation levels to individual creators within the same campaign, acknowledging their unique audience.  

  • Invite: You can now customize the SOW for invited creators within a campaign, ensuring tailored agreements. Note: This is available for existing marketplace creators only.

  • Hire: You can directly hire creators with pre-negotiated terms from application proposals, eliminating the need for additional negotiation through the platform.

Enhanced Performance Reporting 

  • Enhancements to Performance by Post ReportThe report now includes a new graph for visual performance comparison of up to 10 posts, individual data tables per social platform, and options to display lifetime engagement metrics or metric deltas. Additional post details such as URLs and task types are included, with improved data accuracy and frequency.

  • Enhancements to the Performance by Creator Report. The report is now more precise and offers insights tailored to each creator's campaign activities, including new columns for platforms engaged and posts submitted. Improved navigation allows direct access to detailed Performance by Post reports.

  • Enhancements to Performance by Social Platform Report. The report is updated for clearer organization by social platform and campaign or creator visibility options. We've also added engagement metrics for Shares and Reach, along with lifetime values for comprehensive performance analysis.

  • New Campaign Performance Summary Report. new summary view of all platforms and posts for selected creators and campaigns, facilitating easy comparison of key metrics and seamless navigation to detailed reports.
