We’re thrilled to roll out new updates designed to boost your experience! Enjoy better campaign control, improved task transparency, and fresh tools to supercharge creator collaborations. Here’s a look at what’s new!

Flexible task timelines

Introducing a more flexible way to manage deadlines! Now, instead of setting fixed dates, you can define tasks to be due a specific number of days after a creator is hired. This feature enables dynamic task drafts, deliverable deadlines, and metric timelines based on the creator's hire date or the task creation date (should you add more tasks post-hire), allowing for a more adaptable and realistic project timeline.

Introducing Task activity logs for enhanced transparency and accountability

Stay on top of task activities with our new activity log feature! We now track key actions like brands rejecting drafts or deliverables (with notes and attachment names), creators submitting metrics, and drafts or deliverables added by both brands and creators. This feature boosts transparency and accountability, keeping everyone aligned throughout the process!

Sort campaign applicants by followers in Campaign Manager

You can now sort applicants by their follower count on each social platform. This update helps quickly identify large creators, making it easier to prioritize and streamline decisions.

Easily see the total follower count across all platforms or filter down to the ones that matter most to you. Get ready to make faster, smarter decisions and find the perfect creators in no time!

You can now filter by creator group in performance reports

Curious about how a specific group of creators is doing? We’ve added a group filter to your performance reports, making it easier to view performance for just a subset of creators.

Easily identify campaigns with new campaign IDs

Say goodbye to the confusion of tracking campaigns by name! We’ve introduced a Campaign ID column in the UI, giving you a unique identifier for each campaign. No more dealing with duplicate campaign names. Now you can quickly and easily organize your campaigns with a single, reliable ID.

Enhanced file upload limit for task drafts and deliverables

The file upload limit for task drafts and deliverables submitted by creators in a campaign has been increased from 128 MB to 350 MB. This enhancement allows for larger and higher-quality content submissions, ensuring a smoother and more efficient collaboration process.

Updated terminology for creator post contracting and payment schedule

We’ve made important updates to the terminology for the Creator Post event type. After a brand approves and initiates payment for completed tasks, the payment will enter a locked state and cannot be modified thereafter. Once locked, the creator will receive payment based on the payout schedule defined by the brand.

  • Locking: Task payments are locked 27 days after the end of the month in which they are initiated.

  • Payout Scheduling: Task payments will be made ‘X’ days after the end of the month when the payment is locked.

Please note that these changes only apply to the Creator Post event type; all other event types will keep their existing display text in the Schedule section.

Help creators understand why they were rejected

Not all creators will make the cut for joining your influencer program, and when they get rejected, they want to know why. With this release, we’ve added several new rejection reasons to the dropdown, so you can better help your rejected creators understand why they weren’t a good fit for your program.
