Get cross-network insights quickly with Data Lab for Trackonomics Essentials
To grow your program, you need clear, flexible insight into your data — not just static reports. Until now, if you wanted to mix and match metrics, compare across networks, or build deeper visualizations, you often had to export CSVs into another BI tool.
Not anymore. Data Lab is now available to all users for free, giving you the power to explore, arrange, and analyze your data right inside Trackonomics Essentials. Choose from 15 visualization types, drag and drop the metrics you need, and build any report or dashboard you can imagine — no exports required.
To get started, first activate the free Trackonomics Essentials add-on. Once enabled, you’ll find Data Lab in the Trackonomics dropdown in the top navigation bar.
Because Data Lab is part of Trackonomics, you can dig into more than just your impact.com data. Connect your affiliate networks and analyze all your performance data in one place. For example, you can quickly uncover:
Which products have the strongest conversion rates across networks
Which brands are driving the highest EPC
Which networks or brands have the highest reversal rate
With deeper, cross-network insight at your fingertips, it’s never been easier to optimize your program and make smarter decisions about where to invest your time and resources.
Find the perfect brand faster with LLM-powered search in the Brand Marketplace
Finding the perfect brand partner just got a whole lot smarter.
Over the past few months, we heard a consistent message from our customers: “Searching the marketplace should feel effortless.” You asked for a faster, more intuitive way to discover brands, and today, we’re excited to bring that to life with LLM-Powered Search.
Our new AI-driven search experience lets you find brands using natural, conversational queries like “Find US brands that sell shoes” or “Show me clean beauty brands”. No more scrolling through endless lists or guessing the right keywords. The system now understands your intent and delivers smarter results, complete with quick actions like Join, Apply, or Copy Link.
This update is a direct result of your feedback, and it marks the beginning of a more intuitive marketplace experience. We’re just getting started. Over the coming months, we’ll continue enhancing search, expanding prompts, refining recommendations, and unlocking even more ways to help you discover and connect with the right brands faster. See commission-boosted products at a glance
Product Boost campaigns allow you to receive limited-time commission increases for specific products. We’ve made it easier for you to identify opportunities to earn more with a new dashboard widget and listing screen.
The new widget on your dashboard shows you up to three Product Boost campaigns you are eligible for.To see the complete list, simply click “View All” on the widget to go to a dedicated screen that shows you every campaign you’re eligible for.
A better password reset process for enhanced security
To make it easier for you keep your account safe, we are introducing some new security measures. Specifically, we have now:
Limited the number of password changes within a 24-hour period
Improved Password strength validation (passwords must have at least 8 characters and contain at least 1 number and 1 symbol)
Added an option to sign yourself out of all other devices
Additionally, you will now receive an email notification to confirm that your password was changed.
Use non-short links for campaigns
We heard from our partners that having the ability to use regular (non-short) links, in addition to the short vanity links we previously supplied, would be beneficial. We listened! Now, you have the flexibility to choose to use either a regular link or a vanity link in campaigns, depending on your promotional needs. This gives you more control over your partnership strategy and how you drive traffic.
Some brands may now require application Surveys
When applying to certain brand programs, you may now see a brief survey included in the application process. These questions help brands understand your content, audience, and preferences so they can better match you with the right opportunities.
You’ll only see a survey if the brand has chosen to use one, and the questions may vary between programs. Just answer the questions when they appear so brands can review your application more effectively. Sign-up surveys are fully supported across both the web and the mobile app.
Find products faster with these Product Marketplace enhancements
We've delivered several key updates to the Product Marketplace to make finding, browsing, and evaluating products faster and clearer:
Quick Search from Home: We've added a prominent search bar directly to the Product Marketplace home page, allowing you to jump straight into your search query from the start of your journey.
Smarter Marketplace Guidance: The Marketplace will now show helpful guidance and search suggestions when you haven't applied a filter or search term.
Clearer Commission Display: Commission values now show "Earn up to," giving you a clearer view of your maximum potential earnings where a product has multiple offers with different commission rates.
These enhancements make it simpler to browse, evaluate, and select the right products, whether you are exploring broadly or searching for something specific.
Campaign Tasks have moved
With this release, we have removed the Campaign Tasks Widget. But never fear! You can now see all your upcoming campaign tasks as an aggregated line item in the To Do list widget. And if you happen to snooze that to-do item and later realize you need to review those tasks, you can now find them under Discover > My Campaign Tasks in the top nav.

Enhanced Security with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is now available when you log in through our mobile app. This means you’ll get the same strong protection you’ve always had on the web, now extended to every device. Plus, 2FA unlocks the ability to manage sensitive account details in the app in future!
Tailored applications & better brand matches
We've added an integrated survey step to the application process for certain brands.
Now, when a brand requires additional, custom information, you'll see a quick set of questions right in the app. This makes completing your application faster and helps ensure a better fit for both you and the brand.
Contract Proposals: Review & Approve Anywhere
We’ve streamlined how you review contract invites and proposals in the app. Now, your contract is front and center - no more scrolling or digging to find the important details

You can now submit and manage support tickets directly inside the app, so you don't have to leave to get the help you need.
To access this feature, simply navigate to: Settings > Help & Support > Log a support ticket
Once there, you can:
Create a new ticket to get your question or issue in front of our team fast.
Track your requests to see the status of your ticket instantly.
Reply to our team to keep the conversation going and get your issues resolved quickly.
Smarter brand-based label filtering
Navigating filters just got easier. When you select one or more brands in the asset library, the label field will now dynamically update to show only the labels used by those selected brands.
Say goodbye to irrelevant options or empty filters. If there are no labels tied to the selected brands, the field stays empty.
This makes filtering faster and far more intuitive, especially for users managing assets across multiple brands.
QR code generation for tracking links
We heard from users running in-person events who needed an easy way to promote tracking links offline. Now, you can generate a QR code directly from the asset slide-out.
Whether it’s for event signage, flyers, or table displays, you can download or copy a ready-to-go PNG QR code in seconds.
This is a quick-win feature we’re rolling out now, with further UX polishes on the way.
Filter for Amazon Sellers in the marketplace
Partners interested in promoting products sold on Amazon can now find opportunities faster. We've added a new filter to the Brand Marketplace specifically for Amazon Sellers. This streamlines your search, making it easier to discover relevant brands and start promoting products right away
Trace your payouts in the Advanced Action Listing report
We've enhanced the Advanced Action Listing report with a new Payout Trace. This trace allows you to view the complete path for your payouts, giving you full transparency into your earnings. You can now see granular details, such as which item in your category list triggered a specific payout.
Enhanced creator engagement metrics
We've enhanced our Social Platform integration, allowing you to access more comprehensive and accurate social engagement metrics.
Our previous integration was sometimes limited in the amount of social content it could process. With this update, we've overcome these processing limitations, allowing us to collect and report on engagement metrics for all your published content—leading to a greater volume of metrics available in your reports.
What You Need to Know:
Go-Live Date: The new integration will go live on December 16th.
Historical Data: We will backfill the new engagement metrics starting from November 1st, so you can immediately make use of this improved data set.
Note: This update specifically affects Engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, views, engagements, etc.). All Performance metrics (clicks, actions, revenue, earnings, flat fee, etc.) remain unaffected.

Data sharing controls in contracts
We're introducing Data Privacy Controls, a new feature that gives brands an easy way to meet strict data protection requirements in heavily regulated industries, such as those that adhere to HIPAA standards.
When a brand adds these data privacy terms to their partnership contract and you accept, we automatically restrict the data they share with you.
What this means for you:
Secure Relationships: This feature ensures that the brand remains compliant and reduces their data risk, helping them partner with you confidently while respecting their customers’ privacy.
Data Restriction: When these controls are active, you will not receive click IDs, shared IDs, sub IDs, or customer IDs.
