Coming April 16th: a new impact.com experience
Mark your calendar and get ready for a completely refreshed impact.com experience. On Thursday, April 16th, we're rolling out a significant update designed to help you work faster and more efficiently. This isn't just a facelift — we've rebuilt our platform from the ground up to be cleaner, more intuitive, and more powerful.
Here’s a sneak peek of what you can expect:
Dark mode: You asked, and we listened. The new impact.com experience will feature both light and dark modes, so you can choose the interface that works best for you. Find it by clicking your user icon at the top right, then Theme.
A visual refresh across the platform: We've updated layouts, clarified tooltips, and created more consistent page designs to make navigating our platform more intuitive than ever before.
Improved performance: We’ve rebuilt each page with new technology to significantly reduce load times and minimize errors, so you can get to what you need, faster.
While the look and feel will be new, your workflows will remain the same — just easier to find and use.
Have feedback? We’d love to hear it. If something feels off — or you have a suggestion — let us know! On the dashboard, click the question mark icon in the top right, then Tickets > Create Ticket.

Coming soon: a simpler way to manage your brand invitations
We’ve redesigned the Applications screen (and renamed it "Invitations") to make it easier to find and act on brand opportunities. You'll soon be able to sort, filter, and take action on invitations all in one place, without needing to navigate between pages. Invitations are also organized by relevance, helping you quickly discover the brands most aligned with you, while still giving you full control to sort based on your preferences.
This update is designed to help you move faster from discovery to activation so you can start partnering and earning sooner.
The new design will be live by April 17th.
See media property connection status more easily
We’ve updated the Media Properties page in your settings to introduce clearer connection statuses, including “disconnected” and “pending,” making it easier to identify when social accounts need to be reconnected. This helps address a key source of stale or outdated partner data and enables more reliable data across the platform. Some legacy fields have also been removed to streamline the experience.
Secure your partnerships with mobile 2FA
Keeping your account secure is one of our top priorities so we’ve added two-factor authentication (2FA) to the impact.com mobile app to provide a powerful extra layer of protection for your data. By requiring a secondary verification step, you can ensure only you have access to your account, no matter where you're working. This update helps you strengthen security against unauthorized access and brings the same level of trust you expect from the desktop experience to your mobile device.
